Rich Maker – Cool Head Warm Heart

I wanted to make the kind of game I loved as a kid, so I'm making it solo after my day job.

I'm a newbie whose skills aren't good enough to avoid 3D art or AI slop. So instead, I decided to make a classic pixel art game that smells like an old man.

In the full version, I'm planning for you to raise your character for about 10 years and see what kind of rich person they become in the ending. If it ever gets released, that is. It's still in development, so only the first year is open for now. It should be about 10 minutes of play.

You can go to the exchange and invest in stocks through a monster who is the archmage's familiar, save up money with part-time jobs, or head to the gate and clear dungeons for rewards. There are many ways to get rich in a fantasy world, after all.

It's the same game on phone, tablet and desktop, but I've matched the resolution & UI for each. That said, since I'm developing it in Korean, there are still a few broken parts.

子どもの頃に好きだったようなゲームを作りたくて、仕事終わりに一人で作っています。

3DアートやAI slopを避けられるほどの腕がない初心者なので、代わりにおじさんの匂いがするクラシックなドット絵ゲームを作ることにしました。

製品版では、主人公を約10年間育てて、エンディングでどんなお金持ちになったかを見られるようにする予定です。リリースできれば、ですが。まだ開発中なので、今は1年目だけ遊べます。10分ほど遊べる分量です。

取引所で大魔法使いの使い魔である魔物を通して株に投資してもいいし、アルバイトでお金を貯めてもいいし、関門に行ってダンジョンで報酬を手に入れてもいいです。ファンタジーの世界では、お金持ちになる方法はいろいろありますから。

スマホ・タブレット・PCで同じゲームですが、それぞれ解像度とUIを合わせてあります。ただ、韓国語で開発しているので、まだ少し崩れている部分があります。
